Lynden Sands
The food was great especially the bento box, the staff and receptionists were all very friendly. I ate here twice during a four day trip. The atmosphere is very lively at night.

Great sushi but can be super pricey when you don't do all you can eat! It's definitely worth grabbing a bite here once in a while. The food is top notch.

Very good sushi. Sauce and flavor intensive in the Korean style. For those looking for a more traditional high end Japanese style sushi this place may not get your 4 stars. I went into it knowing that the special rolls were going to be what we ate and prepared for that. We did not get sushi or sashimi.

They do sell gift cards, I asked the last time I was there
I believe they are like most sushi places with both fresh and flash frozen fish. Obviously certain premium menu options will be fresh, such as live scallop and shrimp. However, most seafood served otherwise is always flash frozen to purge any potential bacteria or parasites. You can research that topic, its much safer for general consumption, with minimal quality diminishing effects.
